Seven kilometres of skiing delight against a spectacular rocky backdrop! Germany's longest ski route is a must for passionate off-piste skiers who'll love the challenge of either the finest powder, the most wonderful firn snow or slushy mogul fields. Whether you're a snowboarder or skier, one thing is certain: you'll have to be an expert to tackle this terrain!

Back in the 1930s thousands of mountain sports enthusiasts journeyed to Mittenwald and wrote ski history as the famous "Dammkar worm". Nowadays the route is monitored by the Avalanche Commission. Once it's been declared safe and the weather's favourable we give the all clear.
