It looks like a giant telescope and overlaps the cliff edge towards Mittenwald. Looking down 1.300 metre you get a breath taking view from the panorama window into the beautiful Isarvalley.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]The Karwendel is the biggest splendid contiguous area of the Eastern Alps. Eagles, Marmots and chamoises live here, just like over 800 butterfly species.<\/p>\n<p>Inside of the giant telescope you get a chance to explore always changing exhibitions, which take you into the high mountain region and other sensitive habitats.
