Back in the 1930s thousands of mountain sports enthusiasts journeyed to Mittenwald and wrote ski history as the famous “Dammkar worm”. Nowadays the route is monitored by the Avalanche Commission. Once it’s been declared safe and the weather’s favourable we give the all clear. +49 8823 5396
Small hint: Fortify yourself beforehand at the restaurant and after a successful decent have a drink at the Dammkar-Stadel at the mountain station. So go ahead and treat yourself for a spectacular ride through the mountains.
